Jealousy is living in comparison, you are in the middle of the ladder which is endless when you see downwards, you feel proud and when you see upwards you feel bad or jealous. There is no end to it both ways. Try and jump out of the ladder and just be yourself, it's not as easy as being said but slowly you need to try on a daily basis.
