Have you ever felt that you are irritable and behave foolish all the time?

No, never! In fact, this question comes to mind only when you come across such situations where you feel like a snob or foolish? However you are the maker or breaker of your own individuality or personality, try to fit in to stand out.
It may also be a result of low self-esteem. While it isn't unexpected to encounter times of low-regard every now and then, delayed low confidence can disable an individual's personal satisfaction. It can prompt bigger issues, for example, misery, medication or liquor misuse, and sentiment of sadness.
Poor confidence can prompt mental issues in youngsters and grown-ups. More awful, it can prompt self-destructive reasoning.
If low self-esteem is interfering with a person’s quality of life, therapy may be advised. Therapy can revolve around self-talk, or learning to better understand what’s rational or not in a patient’s thinking. Cognitive behavior therapy helps a person better understand their beliefs and take steps to improve their outlook.

Besides all these, on the psychological aspect, Seeking appreciation will not help, usually, people out there get the nerve of the seeker. Instead, do some homework and try to get into the roots of deficiencies, follow the so-called in-demand people near you, and figure out what is making them popular among others. The damage can be repaired and the thrown can be regained or retained. A few current affairs updates and a bit of entertainment capability will do wonders.
